Don't Trust Gossett - Bait and Switch
Today Gossett ran an ad on their home page advertising a new Tiguan for $15,895. It was for a basic stick shift car that stickered for $23,895. On their website was the calculation of a VW discount of $4,000 for a stick shift Tiguan S, and another $4,000 off if you buy by Monday March 12 (today being March 9th). We went to the dealership, found the specific car by VIN, and asked the sales person, Kathy, to open it for us. Walking out she said the car was on sale for $19,895, to which we disagreed and showed their website on our iPhone. Note: not only was it the leading ad, when we checked their inventory it showed the same pricing there, and when we listed all Tiguans it showed the same price along with the discount coupons. Cathy went immediately to the sales manager and returned saying it was a mistake and that 'someone else enters that for us." We don't believe them. In any business, when you publish a price, it is the offer of a contract. If you are too sloppy with your processes that you don't review sales prices before they hit the public domain, you are stupid and it will cost you if anyone (us) wants to buy at that price. Cathy's excuse was that there are disclaimers on their website that say they are not responsible for mistakes. Funny, I couldn't find them when we looked later. We did find the disclaimer that says the price did not include taxes, tag, title and other dealer fees. But no disclaimer that the price can be wrong and they aren't responsible. Avoid them!

Very Disappointing
By the time this is posted, the business will likely be closed. They are burning off inventory and not delivering furniture that was ordered 6 months ago! The mother gets angry if you ask when the order is expected, and we have had numerous promises come and go since August. We just don't believe them any more. Save your time and money. Choose another company. We love the daughter, but the mother ruins the business. See Yelp reviews from others.

Missed Appointment
Took the afternoon off for their scheduled appointment, but they never arrived. Called and was told by one person "you are scheduled from noon until 5 pm", and another person said " the technician ran into a big problem at another customer. Didn't call to reschedule. Owner called the next day to ask what happened, but never apologized or asked to come back. They refunded our prepaid money promptly when asked. We expected better service, especially since we had been referring new service customers to them every day in our business.

OK but overcharges
Dr Horowitz is a nice guy, but grossly overcharges for services. BCBS denied his high charges, yet the Dr's staff, instead of sending a bill and explanation, used a previous CHARGE RECEIPT and put through a charge for over $400 for lab work. Excessive fees - a lot more than allowed by BCBS - for normal blood work, urine sample, etc. I never gave his staff permission to use this credit card (to an HSA account), but they did by lifting the number from another receipt when I used it in their office. I'm charging back, but sure to become a big argument. Best thing you can do is find another DR. He's a nice guy, but his billing people are incompetent. And they did this 5 months after I went to his office! I"ll not be going back, and I sure won't recommend.

Worse Practice in Town
Avoid at all costs. They are an HMO in disguise. They avoid speaking with patients, and never ever call or take the time to help. You would be better served by a vet.

Disappointing and Now Dishonest
They used to be a good company. Not now. They have hired dishonest technicians who try and use scare tactics to get business. They don't perform all of the services required during semi-annual preventive maintenance visits. Instead they use tricks to try and generate system replacement business. What the tech didn't know is that we are experienced and licensed HVAC inspectors. Busted. We will not use again, after a relationship dating back to 1981. Find another more reputable company

Doctors are Good but Service Poor
Avoid at all cost. They call the business a medical practice but they are actually like the worse run hmo you could ever experience. The doctors are great when you get to them, but it isn't worth the aggravation. They must hire the least experienced and salaried people, because the folks they have couldn't care less about you as a patient. They all act as though they have too much business and never have to earn their way. And to top it all off, they have a phone mail system that prevents you from ever talking to a live person, even if its to check on when they're going to call in your prescription. Save your time. Go where you are respected. This is not the place.

Horrible to a new customer !!!
As a new customer, they were scheduled to connect us today for their highest speed $50 a month internet service. The installer, who works for a third party installation contractor, wanted to install a new cable to the opposite side of our house from where there is an existing Charter cable to our house. The installer said Charter requires him to connect to the grounding connector next to our electric meter on the other side of the house. We showed him that we had an electrician install an 8 foot grounding rod into the ground for the telephone and cable companies to use RIGHT NEXT TO THEIR EXISTING CABLE - and where they used to be hooked up. They wanted to run new cables and dig up our lawn! We didnt want them to, and they didn't have to. When we said no, they said they would only proceed if we signed a waiver that they would not be responsible if there were a lightning strike. We refused. He left. When I called Charter, no one seemed to know - or care - how to determine if their contractor was telling the truth or just trying to avoid a late afternoon installation. Out of frustration, we said just cancel the order. They wasted my time, their technicians time, and lost my respect at the same time. This company is terrible to new customers BEFORE they get them connected. I cannot imagine how horrible it would have been after being connected. I'll wait for Clear to arrive! The heck with Charter.... no wonder they are in bankruptcy

Doesn't Meet the Grade
WE bought a 64K 2008 GL320 and while we love the vehicle, MB Buckhead doesn't live up to the MB experience we've enjoyed from other dealers in the past. They rely on their sales people to start up your GPS TeleAid service. This is a mistake. We faxed our completed application the day after our purchase as requested, including our credit card information, only to have them loose it. Three weeks later, and calls going unreturned by the sales person's partner, and eventually we had to call MB TeleAid directly. They stepped in and fixed the problem. The problem is MB Buckhead process allowing the sales people to receive customer credit card info on an open, general fax machine, with no controls as to who sees it and what is done with it, creates a huge security gap. Our advice is to try buying from one of the other Atlanta MB dealers first (Atlanta Classic Cars, RBM, or RBM North). They probably charge more, but its probably worth it.
