Sal Gross: Poor Service

Let me preface by saying: we are long-term customers. Tonight, Sal Grosso lost our business due to poor service. Managaement (John) was very ungracious in responding to a reasonable alternative seating request. In addition, no communication on exit (no good evening, no thank you for coming, no how was your meal). For these prices, service should be excellent. Too bad, this used to be our "go to" place for birthdays, anniversaries, special date nights...
