I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gena Beach. Even in this slow housing market, we had a contract on our home in just 3 weeks. This was due to Gena’s knowledge of the market, as well as her business savvy and negotiating skills. It’s very important to have confidence in your realtors’ suggestions and advice; and we absolutely did. Gena guided us through the entire selling process in a professional, confident manner, and the suggestions she gave us about how to stage our home for selling, were right on target. Her marketing skills are stellar, as is her website. She took the time to have beautiful pictures taken of our home by a professional photographer, and she placed them on her website, as well as all pertinent websites; i.e. realtor.com. Although Gena is a “discount” realtor, we definitely received “more than full price” service. She went above and beyond many, many times. I highly recommend her.
