I feel horrible for the actual dentist here. She was amazing (very great at explaining things and gentle touch), but her staff is horrible. It took me 3 hours to have x-rays taken and my teeth cleaned. And I was told I needed to come back for some repair work, which was fine, but then the receptionist tried charging me for that work. I had to fight with her to get the charges removed because I hadn't received the service yet. She kept insisting that the service had been performed, but yet she was still trying to schedule me to come in 3 weeks later for the exact same service! Also, half the time you call the office (even though it is business hours) you get some answering service. You can call at 1:00 p.m. on a Tuesday, and you will be told that everyone decided to go home for the day and to leave a message. And don't count on the "answering service" to give anyone your message. I never received a return phone call after I had left a "message". Again, the dentist seemed wonderful and the office had great new technology, but it isn't worth the hassle of dealing with her incompetent office staff.
