No respect for customer
We purchased Altima last month from dealership, car had no floor-mats - but we were promised that we would have them within the week, as well as the second key. Now, one month later, no key and no floormats-and no return calls/emails! Also caved to high-pressure extended warranty, called to cancel warranty after reviewing and looking over contract - I called the finance manager who lied to me over the phone and told me that he would cancel over the phone (which is impossible according to actual company that issued the warranty). Excellent car - but horrible service of those representing Nissan!

I wish I could use more than 5 stars!
Mobile Glass is, hands-down, the BEST glass company around. Their staff is not only friendly and very in-tune with their products, they are lightning-fast! I have used them twice personally and referred dozens of clients, family, and friends to use their services. Highly recommended!

AMAZING!
I love the staff at The Frosty Frog...it's 1/2 of the reason why I visit them atleast 2 times a week! The great food and coffee drinks are the other reason! Their cheese spread is the best I've ever had. And you haven't had a true taste of ice cream until you try their home-made (daily) flavors.

Personally insulted me as a tenant
I am a former resident of a townhome community "managed" by ECPM. I was personally insulted by the president of the company when I called to question about a parking ticket (as directed to by the phone number on the ticket). Also, while selling my home we (myself, my realtor, and the buyer's realtor) were insulted and treated VERY poorly by the same individual, which almost postponed my closing. This is a very unprofessional and poorly ran company that should be avoided by all means.

Can I use more than 5 stars?
Sara is amazing at the work that she does. Each time we send pictures (mainly the slideshow from her website of our wedding) of our wedding and engagment session, we always get 3 or 4 people who cry when they see the pictures. She does amazing work and did MUCH more than we all expected.

Honeymoon to Alaska
Steve was amazing! We thought we knew what we wanted in a cruise until he made some suggestions to us about the ship. His advice on this ship (NCL Pearl) made out trip something we'll never forget! He even called us a few days before we left to make sure that everything was clear and we had no questions. I have and will recommend him to everyone we know!
