Computer PLUS Networking Guy

John has been my family’s computer technical support person now for several years. As my family’s networking and computer security needs have grown with multiple devices, so have our need to have expert advice and assistance with all of our electronic equipment. John has been there the whole way, providing expert guidance and assistance. Recently, we added to the mix a whole new home theater system (3D/HD TV, blu ray player, and sound system). I thought this would all be seamless and problem free, but it wasn’t. The home theater system competes with all of our other devices for our broadband signal, and streaming videos to watch on our TV (very important to us) constantly stopped to upload due to signal strength problems. John has worked with us to resolve these problems, which sounds simple enough, but actually is quite complex depending on your home, power line and equipment interfaces. This is whole new terrain for us, and John has patiently worked with us to troubleshoot several problems we encountered. We have counted on John many times over the years. He has always been very responsive and, importantly, has resolved our computer issues, PLUS, now our home theater problems. I can’t recommend John highly enough for your entire home networking needs.

Superb artsitic vision, superb craftsmanship

My wife and I had a detached screened porch built in our backyard last week by Atlanta Decking and Fence Company. We worked with Eddie Vogt and his crew and they were fantastic! Eddie has a real vision for how built structures can blend into the natural environment, and he planned the screened porch and decking to highlight the natural features of our yard and integrate into our landscape. He brings an "art" to the science of building. His work crew was also amazing and their craftsmanship and our screened porch are of superb quality. The work crew were punctual, worked long hours, and left the work area and our yard neat and clean. We hope to do additional projects with Eddie and Atlanta Decking and Fence Company in the future, and will highly recommend them to family, friends, and colleagues.

Mark Robinson spent a few hours at our home today setting up a new computer and printer system, networking it with our laptop that we also use as a home computer, and transfering files from our old to new computer system. We couldn't be happier with his knowledge, skills, and service. He was punctual, personable, and professional. He treated us (a residential client) as if we were a large corporate client. We will DEFINITELY use Mark for all of our future computer needs and will highly recommend him to family, friends, and colleagues. My only hope is that he stays in business in the Atlanta area a long time, as I anticipate needing him again and again as my children advance into the computer age.
