I called Tommy at noon and he happenned to be 10 miles from my house and worked me in to his schedule. From my description of my dryer issue he gave an estimate and it was just what he expected when he got there. He was done in 30 minutes. A good number to keep on your call list for appliance repair.

How buying a car should be.

After a typical bad experience at a delearship, I found IQ Autos to be a refreshing change from the norm. Scott on the Volvo side was a straight forward, honest professional that made buying a used car actually enjoyable. Their prices are great and we were out of there in no with a Volvo XC70 that we love. I'd recommend them to anyone i know buying a car.

No better Place for VW service

My dad and i have been taking our GTI's to Northlake Svc Ctr for 20 years. Bobby, Kenny and Marty have never recommended anything repaired that wasn't necessary and their prices are 10%-20% less than the dealer and sometimes more. Will give you the option of using used/reconditioned parts if available to save you money.

Not Happy But Jury is Still Out

I called based on reviews online and was somewhat troubled that I couldn't really get a "free" quote. That is misleading advertising. I was going to be out of town the day of the debris pickup from a rental property so I gave them my partners # and intrustions for him to be called when they arrived to settle on an amount for the job. I made the mistake of giving my CC# to charge once price was agreed on. The driver never called my partner and completed the job sufficiently and charged my card $350. I only found out the amount by looking at my statement. No negotiation opportunity was given and the amount is higher than I would have paid. Called the owner, Chris, today who was very gracious and is contacting the driver and will get back to me.

Good Prompt Trustworthy Service

Tim Dooley was able to clean the carpets in a rental property on very short notice and without me being there. He did a great job showing me his work and asking if I was happy with it before he'd accept payment. I'd use him again.
