I requested an estimate on their website and received a call 10 minutes later. Colin met me at my home that afternoon. He quickly gave me a price on the tree I wanted removed and pointed out some additional work they could do. The price was fair and the work was accomplished the next day. It was the most painless experience I've ever had with a service company.
