Great Service, Great Guys

Aaron sent Tim and David out to perform routine maintenance on our septic system. We had damaged the tank with a DIY construction project, so a basic call turned into a lengthy project. They found the parts, recycled what they could, helped us out with disposal of old material, and got us back and running THAT very hot sticky day. Couldn't be more professional, or nicer guys. A blessing to us, and a credit to the company. If everyone at Aaron's like Tim and David, the company's in for a prosperous future.

Poor Customer Service

Used Scott's 3 years. Last year, they charged for "core aeration" that was supposed to leave dirt plugs on the lawn, but used roller denting device. [Not a core aeration]. Never rectified or addressed, not by phone, email or CS phone call to ask why we're quitting them. Last year, had to call multiple times to get treatment for weeds that still came up. It was "too soon" or "almost time for the next treatment" regardless of when I called them. They won't treat mulched areas, or 2 feet near them, which rules out most of my yard. They quit treating along the drive, never treated along the street and sidewalk, and when Customer Service calls to talk me into not quitting them, never addressed any of these concerns, but insisted that a manager could come out and find out why my [untreated] lawn is dying. If they couldn't figure that out in 3 years, what would one visit do? Guy kept insisting they wanted to make it right and then was rude when I said I'd done enough talking and calling and wasn't interested in being sold anything. Wasn't going to come if it was HIS nickel! The program works, when applied, but if you have garden borders, you'll be out there treating for weeds yourself, in the LAWN, because they aren't going to risk treating your cedar mulch. Wasted my time for too long. I wrote the review because even trying to cancel the service, the service rep was rude and condescending. [Girls jest don't know if grass is dead, Ah reckon.] Spare yourself the hassels.
