aweful.. paid for nothing

I just got the feeling they didnt care. I was told I would get my survey in 3 days as I had a very tight timeline. I still havent gotten it... nor have I gotten a phone call once. I have had to follow up each time and it was all wasted effort. If you need a survey and time isnt a problem, then maybe paying these guys more than everyone else makes sense.
