Absolutely Horrible Customer Service

Got a nice deal on a sofa from this store but would have never bought it had I known how rude and difficult the owners are with customers. It took over 10 days from paying my balance due to get the sofa delivered. It took over 5 argumentative calls to finally line up delivery. All I got were excuses, then shrugging, and finally condescending put-downs saying that for the price I paid this sort of service was to be expected. Nice sofa but will never deal with these people again. Beware...

Great Quality Experience

Just bought a house and had a lot of work to be done including new circuit box (upgrade from fuse), line from street, rewiring lots of outlets and switches, installation of recessed lighting, wiring for doorbells, and installation of new boxes. PM handled everything with professionalism. From their quote to the actual work I have no complaints. I got four other quotes for the work and PM's was right in the middle. Total work took 6 business days.

Great Experience

Had a number of trees (pines, ceder, and oaks) in my backyard that needed to be both trimmed and cut down. Called Charles Rayfield and he was at the house the next day to look at everything and give a quote. Once we agreed on the scope of work everything was cut down a few days later. They took down a VERY large pine, trimmed up some oaks and another pine. And arranged for the trunk grinding a few days later. A great, personal and service-oriented experience from Charles and his wife. Highly recommend.
