Waterproofed and amazed.

We found Tim Harris and co through Kudzu and are so happy to leave them a positive review. From the moment we called until the job was complete, it was a fantastic experience. Tim showed up soon after my call for a quote, the quote seemed reasonable and he explained everything. Then, he and crew showed up to dig a moat around my house and dig up a bit inside the house. While that was a bit daunting, Tim and Joshua and John were so polite and informative too that it put me at ease. And then you consider the work. 1. Fast. 2. Thorough 3. Really hardworking. (Those guys DID NOT QUIT. I mean--not even for a minute. It's kinda shocking this day and age, really.) 4. The area they worked in looks even better than when they began. 5. Not even a bit of dampness in the house (and it poured immediately when they were finished so it was a nice test). 6. Life of structure warranty. Thanks so much for being such a wonderful company all around! We hope to give you our business again (I mean, not for waterproofing, but for the construction part).

Now I'll need more tinting!

So, I'm embarrassed to say we never cleaned the outside of our windows in, oh, 12 years or so. Luckily, when Ambassador came, they managed to cut through all the crud (and literally had to use some special solutions and a good amount of elbow grease on a few of them). They got so positively clean, they're gleaming! And, it inspired me to clean them all really well on the inside. Well, we have a contemporary home--with A LOT of huge windows--and we really did not know how the dirt was serving as a tint. It's so amazingly clean and bright in here now, we'll definitely need more tinting (rather than going back to filthy windows). Thanks, Mike, and your wonderful team!

Nigel and Octavio are Fantastic!

This review is for an Atlanta-area branch. Nigel and Octavio called 30 minutes ahead and showed up a few minutes early! They took care of everything (we had a bunch of lumber and bricks and random junk outdoors) in under an hour. So incredibly nice and polite and hardworking. Thank you so much!

I have a brand new house

Fantastic! Emil & crew are nothing short of amazing. They stripped (and stripped and stripped--wouldn't stop until it was perfect) my natural cypress siding to get it back to how it should look, hand sanded it and HAND sealed it. It looks as beautiful as the day it was put on 10 year ago and NO ONE else has done that for us! The crew were so kind and wonderful and, honestly, I just can't say enough other than that I've found who I'm going to for painting from NOW ON! Thanks so much, Emil & team!

Finally...true energy and cost savings!

We love our 60s/70s house that was built before the energy crisis, but, we don't love our monthly energy crisis when the bill comes in. So, we've invested in costly insulation jobs, window replacement, thick, expensive fabrics on blinds that were supposed to reflect light...we never noticed _that much_ of a difference with all these things. However, skeptically, we decided to try tinting our windows instead of getting more window treatments. We love the open view, but hate the heat. Oasis had a bunch of fantastic reviews--and for good reason. Korey and Andy were so nice and did such an amazing job. The day after the windows were tinted, our AC thermostat sat at SIX DEGREES cooler in the hottest part of the day than is typical--and didn't need to run nonstop just to keep the house comfortable. This one change--that was under $1K--has saved us more already than the thousands we've paid in making other "energy saving" updates. And, the best part--it actually looks great too--from the outside and in. It casts a warm, comfortable light inside without looking "dim" and that you can sit in without burning up. Calling them to tint more windows right now!

Made my first antique restoration a dream!

I took a very damaged and old card catalog to Morgan and didn't think it would ever look all that great. We decided on a dark stain (though it was a medium walnut naturally) because it seemed necessary to cover all the damage. When they were finished with it, he called and told me they left it fairly natural and I was worried, but, when I got there...I'm so glad he did. It looks just amazing and NEW!They even polished all the handles of the 70 drawers and refinished those each by hand. On top of all this, Morgan and Don are incredibly nice!

Yup, he's the greatest!

As you can see from all other reviews, we all love Bob. Not just because he does a great job and comes back and tweaks every little thing until you like it, but, because he's truly just a nice and fun person. We remodeled two full baths that were stuck in the 70s and they're just beautiful now. We get so many comments on them due to Bob's fantastic work. We hope to have him help us out in the future and will definitely recommend.

True Craftsmanship!

I wish I could give more stars. Sterling Works (Philip and team) just replaced our entire entrance when our front glass door shattered. I was so impressed with his work, timeliness, communication, everything that I asked for a few more things to be completed and was stunned with the quality and craftsmanship. Philip made recommendations that vastly improved the aesthetics of our kitchen. We were so impressed, we're now planning a master suite remodel with him for next year. I definitely recommend if you're looking for quality and professionalism!

Don't use anyone else!

I've used SPP now 2 times and realized I needed to write a review since I'm about to call them again. Fantastic, nice, and quotes much lower than anyone else I've talked to. And, they gave me a day to review the job and ask for any fixes/changes on my exterior work. No one has _ever_ done that before.

How nice it is to find a plumber...

Who will show up--at any time--day or night, complete the work as requested and even check out any minor work/questions you have. We've had TC/Tim help us out 4 or more times and wouldn't call anyone else--unless he moved away or something ;)
