Delicious Food, Great Service

I grew up eating delicious meals made from scratch by my Italian mother, who was born and raised in Italy. I have an extremely hard time finding Italian restaurants that I like because I know what great Italian food really tastes like. The food at Tuscany Italian Grill is excellent. I have loved every meal I’ve had there, and always can’t wait to go back. And the service is outstanding. This is my new favorite restaurant!

Be an Informed Furniture Shopper

I’m very happy with the wood furniture pieces I bought here. They are a combination of wood and wood veneer. They seem durable and garner a lot of compliments. But I regret the couch and latex mattress I bought here. After just a few months of use by two relatively small adults, the two spots on the couch that we sit on the most became misshapen. Ditto for the latex mattress. After just a few months, it became lumpy and I now need to replace it. (My previous latex mattress, bought elsewhere, was still firm and supportive after many years of use. The only reason I parted with it was because I upsized the bed.) If you’re looking for furniture, WFO is definitely worth checking out for their large selection and reasonable prices. The sales people are friendly and after an initial introduction, let you browse in peace. Their delivery service and setup is excellent. But first, do your homework and understand what constitutes a good piece of furniture so you can assess the products and make a quality choice.

So Glad I Gave That Computer Chick a Try!

When the hard drive in my laptop suddenly failed, I was unable to bring up its operating system or use its rescue and recovery feature to retrieve files. While I had backed up some important documents and emails, I found myself regretting not taking the time to backing up everything. I took my hard drive to That Computer Chick at the Shallowford Road/West Marietta location on a Monday afternoon. By Wednesday afternoon, Sandra had promptly retrieved my files and handed me DVDs containing on all my documents, photos, bookmarks, and email files. Sandra is extremely knowledgeable, professional and prompt and services are reasonably priced. I was very glad I did this!

A Truly Fantastic Company and Service

I started using Chemical Technologies last April after moving to a home in a wooded setting and with a pond 25 feet off the back of the house. Given 1) all the woods and water; 2) having noticed several dead roaches, spiders and more in the previously unoccupied home; and 3) having four cats and feeding stations on each floor of the house, I thought I’d definitely be battling unwelcomed guests after moving in. I decided upon Chemical Technologies after reading all the great Kudzu reviews. After six months of being a customer, I am thrilled to say the reviews are not an exaggeration. My house is bug-free! In my old house, roaches were an ongoing problem, and my old exterminator would say things like, “Well, people want to live in the woods and live near water, and then they complain because they have roaches.” As if that is the price one has to pay! Well, that simply isn’t true. If you’re in a similar situation, I urge you to try Chemical Technologies. You will not be disappointed. And Clifford is fantastic! He is extremely professional, friendly, thorough and always on time. And he really has a way with animals. My cats took right to him, even my normally shy one, which was actually pretty amazing. In this day and age where product quality and service seem to be perpetually declining, Chemical Technologies is a gem of a find.

Quality Rugs, Great Service, Competitive Prices

Wow, what an amazing amount and variety of area rugs! I spent time – a lot of time – on World of Rugs’ Web site searching for three area rugs for a new home and found exactly what I was looking for. After narrowing my search online, I visited the store and settled on two of my three online contenders. The staff was extremely helpful and patient when I decided against my third choice. I could say things like, “I’m looking for something with just a little bit more of a mustard color, and a splash more of a moss green, and in this kind of pattern… etc.” and they knew exactly what I meant and would quickly show me rugs that meant my criteria. They helped me find a perfect third rug at a very competitive price. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Quality area rugs at competitive prices. Very prompt, free delivery of one rug that wasn't in stock. I plan on returning to check out their other furnishings.

This is the first time I feel like I’ve truly had a home inspected. After doing homework about how to select a qualified home inspector, Fidelity Home Inspections/John Badger rose to the top of the pack. And even with our expectations of a good home inspection high, John exceeded them. John spent the time necessary to conduct a thorough home inspection. He patiently and thoroughly addressed all our questions and gave us an excellent education about our home’s systems and how to maintain them. We received a very detailed, easy-to-read report, with accompanying photographs, that same evening. John showed up early and was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced. In fact, given the length of time he spent inspecting our home versus the shorter home inspections we’ve had in the past, I would say that John actually costs less and delivers more. There are precious few services I’d strongly recommend, but Fidelity Home Inspections is one of them!

Fantastic Care!

After a careful search for a new vet, I brought my three girls to Cat Care of Vinings for their annual exams. Wow! I can’t say enough about Dr. Friedlander and her staff. Dr. Friedlander indulged me in all the time I needed to discuss my concerns about the latest information regarding feline diet and vaccinations, the quirks of each cat, and more. She thoroughly went over my girls’ medical histories and truly observed them and their behavior. To my surprise, even my shy girl came out to spend time sitting on the windowsill as we chatted! There was simply that “click” where I knew this is the veterinarian I want caring for my precious girls! The staff is very polite and caring, the office squeaky clean and pleasant, and the medical equipment and services impressive. I feel fantastic knowing Dr. Friedlander is my cats’ vet. I can’t imagine taking them anywhere else!
