Zone Home Solutions

problems

I have been very satisfied until recently. I have an insect issue that has yet to be resolved, and the response has been that they will find a solution. When I contacted them recently via email regarding this ongoing problem, they never replied. I have been a satisfied customer for many years, but I am going to have to switch companies because Zone can't or won't deal with this issue.

Great service

Gwinnett Mower repair made my mower run like new. Discussed what would be done up front, did it and at a very reasonable price. They even cleaned it up. Very professional and friendly people.

Harbins Body Shop Inc

Great

Harbin's Body Shop provided a wonderful experience for something that is not-auto body repair. They were professional and fully explained what the work would entail and why. They worked around my schedule and even fix a couple of small scratches while making the larger repairs. They didn't say that they had fixed those little things, but I noticed. They want to make the consumer happy and with this one they did. Give them a try.

Fantastic

I needed to have some limbs trimmed from the house, and I chose Mark Russell and 1-800-Tree-Expert. After explaining what I wanted, Mark explained what he felt would be the best way to do the job, keep the trees looking good, keep them healthy, and complete the work according to what I was hoping to accomplish. The work was better than I had hoped for. Mark and his crew arrived on time and finished in the time he said they would. Everything was professionally done. The clean up was amazing (could not tell that tree work had been done other than the missing limbs). This company was a great choice, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Garage Door Systems Inc

Still Amazing

John of Garage Door Systems of Atlanta returned to install a garage door opening after doing a fantastic job the week before repairing a broken spring. Just like before a professionsl job all the way. Made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. If you need this kind of work, then you must give them a try.

R.S. Andrews Services, Inc.

Customer Service?

I scheduled a heating and air checkup with RS Andrews. I was told that a tech would be here between 11-2, so I made arrangements to be home when they called. I got a call at 2:45 and was told the tech was on his way. At 4:15 I called them and they said he was on his but was stuck in traffic and it would be at least 30-45 minutes. When the rep said where he was I knew there was no way he was going to get here in that period of time so I said I would have ton cancel. The rep said OK and hung up (no sorry, thank you) without giving me a chance to reschedule. I went to their website and their great statistics about "customer satisfaction" was promently displayed, but no way to submit my lack of satisfaction. How do they no their customers are satisfied if you can't send them your issues. I was looking for someone to "contract" with for all my heating, air, plumbing and electrical services, but needless to say it wasn't RS Andrews.
