Called Allgood to 1. relight my pilot light on my water heater (which I couldn't get to light, altho I was following the directions) and 2. fix a leaking faucet in my bathroom shower. The guy relit the pilot in about 30 seconds (duh). He told me the faucet was too old to repair, it would have to be replaced, but he tightened up the cover and said that should help. For less than 5 minutes work, he charged me $129!!! Two weeks later, the faucet was dripping worse than ever so I called him back. They had written the work order as an "inspection" so they wouldn't even consider it as warranty work on previous work. He said again, the faucet had to be replaced, not repaired. Since it's behind a tile shower wall, it would cost $700! Or he said he could search for the replacement parts (huh?) but he would have to charge me $350 just for looking. Forget it. I found a guy who replaced it for $30. Allgood is not good in my opinion, unless you want to pay extortionate prices.
