Great local carpet store

I have worked with a number of stores (some are local and others have TV jingles) for laminate and carpet for various homes. These guys were by far the most professional, courteous and well priced. Our experience from the in house quote to the show room visit to the installation were all top-notch. Josh went out of the way to be flexible to our schedule, found a carpet that met our needs and beat a competitor price. Go ahead and shop around and then plan on buying from Excel Carpet.

Good quality for the price - would use again

These folks were very flexible to my schedule and budget. The proposal and estimate process was easy. The office staff and painters were very patient with my questions and responded promptly. In addition, my house looks great with fresh paint and rotted wood replaced. A few items of note: 1) Three windows were stuck when painters left after they assurred me they were all unstuck (carpenter fixed all but one on the next day's visit) 2) Carpenter dripped white paint on my black door while fixing rotted wood. 3) Painter ladder disconnected wiring to front light. A minor inconvenience as when I noticed this I fixed it myself. 4) Loose deck boards were not nailed down. When I identified these abive items in the follow-up call I received, the response was "Sorry we dropped the ball on those...would you use us again?" However, no offer was made to fix address these concerns. Yes, I would use them again, but would expect a few items to be amiss.

Great service at great price

I bought a new storm door at the local hardware store. I reached out to Finale after reading these reviews and they promptly responded. They agreed to do the install at 50% the price of anyone else I found. When they agreed to come out to my house to do the install at "whatever time worked for me" they suggested that I wait until the painters are done with my trim before they complete the job. Finale advised that I do the right thing rather than just do the work to get it done. They offered to come back at no charge according to my schedule and returned quickly to complete the job. Finale was courteous, professional, cleaned up the mess, and the door looks great.

Quality and courteous service

We used Breda in Roswell and looked forward to seeing Tom during our routine visits. We moved to Dunwoody and are now serviced by Justin. Our experience in both homes has been of high quality and friendliness. The stuff they spray really works. On the rare occasion that a re-treatment is necessary, promptness and friendliness persist.

6 Stars - look no further

Eddie went well above and beyond while working at my home. He responded promptly on a weekend to fix a damaged lock and door. In addition, he re-keyed my locks at an exceptional value. Before he left, he made certian that I was happy with the work and refused to accept payment until he was sure that I had no questions and was satisfied with the experience. I will definately call him when I swap out the handle on my front door.

I am cool upstairs

Highly recommend. My pregnant wife was suffering from 76 degrees upstairs when it is 90 outside with a new AC and thermostat set at 69. My new insulation (R-49 upgrade from R-30) brought it down to 71 with the same thermostat setting and temp outside. I no longer feel the heat nor humidity from the attic. My whole upstairs is cool and my downstairs unit works less. The price was the same for more insulation and greater coverage then the competitors. I highly recommend this company and will continue to spread the word to my family and friends. -Ross B

Stop shopping around and call Magic Brush

I was referred to Carlos & Rueben from some friends. We received eight quotes and Magic Brush came in the lowest by far. They painted our whole interior except the ceilings, were flexible to color changes and added in a later request to paint the banister for a nominal price. The crew was professional and trustworthy as we left them in our house alone. Please consider Magic Brush as you search for painters. You will have no need to look any further.

A great move

Cedric and his team seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. This manifested through the speed of our move and the friendliness of the movers. Our items were handled with care while they worked quickly and efficiently. We signed our invoice with an erroneous charge for an extra hour and a simple 30-second call to the service number cleared it up with no issues or questions. In addition, the price was extremely competitive, paying less for 5 movers than we would have paid for 3-4 with some competitors. We highly recommend this company and will be referring it to our friends and family.

Please stay away.

Writing an extensive review would raise my blood pressure. This must be the worst carpet and upholstery cleaner in the area. They ruined my sofa and did not clean my carpet well. Very difficult to get in touch with a customer service representative who can take action. When you finally do, call backs are intermittent and commitments are not fulfilled. Owner does not even return e-mails. Save yourself some heartache and look elsewhere.
