Superior knowledge and service

I have had Doug from ABS to our home 3 or 4 times now. He's fixed the dishwasher, the refrigerator (twice) and the dryer. Doug always tells you straight. He'll explain what he is doing, and always tries to get your problem resolved so that it won't come back, but for a reasonable charge. He'll give you the options. He seems to know everything about appliance. I plan to have ABS start working on my furnace issues as well, since he gave me so much information about them on the last visit. You won't go wrong with ABS.

Very satisfied

We had Earthly Matters in to paint much of our home's interior. They did a great job of protecting the floors and other surfaces while they painted. I was amazed that they were in and out in 2 days with the quality I saw. They were sure to make certain that we were pleased with the work as it was ongoing.

Plumbing like it used to be

Bill is a knowledgeable plumber, and quite a lot of fun to chat with while the work is going on. He tries to keep the costs down, and does very good work to solve the problem. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable, reliable, affordable

I have used Action Door on three occasions. They certainly aren't the biggest in town, but I have found them to be very knowledgeable and reliable. They show up on time, and they get the job done efficiently. They're very friendly, and always quick to provide tips or information to help keep your garage doors and openers trouble free. The cost is always reasonable. You should have no qualms about having these folks work on your garage doors.

Skilled and efficient

Terrific value...great price for great work. Showed up nearly on time and worked hard on a 100-degree day. Two trees were very high, but they took them down with precision doing just the slightest (unavoidable) damage to surrounding trees. They worked very well as a team, and at times could be seen running. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Pace is too fast for busy people

We signed up for the basic obedience class, but found that our puppy needed to learn 2-3 new things a week to keep up, and practice 4 times a day. Our lifestyle is too busy for that pace. Susie knows her stuff, but I would have appreciated some information up front about the practice frequency required to be successful. We dropped out of the class after week 3. I'm rating a 2 because she reacted so negatively to my constructive criticism on this point, which I feel is a poor customer service attitude.
