Poor customer service

Nice selection of merchandise, but don't go if you think you might need any help. I am a 60-year-old woman shopping alone, and when I asked if I could get help loading a desk onto my cart, the employee told me, "No, you have to do it yourself."

Highly Recommended

We needed our roof replaced due to storm damage. Eugene went above and beyond to work with the insurance adjuster to be sure the needed work was done. The job was done on time and exceeded our expectations. We will certainly call Housworth again. Thanks, Eugene!

Couldn't be more pleased!

What a relief! My computer was repaired remotely, when another company couldn't access it, and ready for work in 20 minutes. Great service, great value. I will definitely call again!

will never call again

I called Kiwi because I liked the idea of being able to have spots cleaned for a year. The technician who came to my house didn't even have a vacuum to vacuum before cleaning as promised. He said, "It looks OK." From experience, I expect carpet cleaners to have add-on charges, but even his add-ons had add-ons! ("Oh, did I say $10 extra for spot treatment? I meant $10 per spot.") He spent 6 hours in my house "cleaning" 3 rooms of carpet; most of that time was spent on the phone to "headquarters" asking how much extra to charge me for dubious services. I never used the clean carpet guarantee because I never want these people in my house again!
