Worst. Service. Ever. Total scam.

Complete con artists here. I ordered 2 chairs during a free shipping promo and had them shipped to HI where I live, which their site let me do. Days later they tell me they do not ship to HI (yet their site let me pick it and showed "Free Shipping!" when I did). A few emails of them telling me it was a mistake didn't help. Then the sale ended and the chair price dropped by $270! Their site then said shipping to HI would be $350, a difference of $80...meaning, their mistake would have only cost them $80 to correct but "Susan" who listed herself as a "Supervisor" on her email said they canceled my order and can't ship to HI. I called Susan and after she yelled and screamed at me on the phone without letting me talk I asked to talk to her manager and she said (after pausing a lot) that she didn't have one and she was the owner of the company. Right... supervisor of the call center or owner? Which is it? She wouldn't stop yelling at me and calling me names because I said I'd report her shady business to the BBB. I'd stay away from this place...even if you don't care about their crap service the fact that all they do is raise prices to have a free shipping sale should be enough. Total rip off here.

Worst. Service. Ever

We were 4 minutes late to an apt due to traffic and they wouldn't let us see the Dr. The next patient got our slot yet wouldn't give us that patients slot for some reason. Made us come back an hour later and then THEY were 23 minutes late getting us to see the Dr. The customer service person was Kay Bennet and I told her she was being rude to us and reminded her that she works for a business and I was her customer and the customer is always right she replied very snotty with What was that, oh, can you write that down on our suggestion card. Most unprofessional experience I've ever run into and this is a place where their entire business is about service and helping people (as they are a wellness business). What's worse is that my wife was in tears the entire time (was her apt) and this is a place that should be sensitive to upset people (it's a wellness center) and yet they didn't care one bit. If you are 1 minute late you are a no show. Of course, nowhere do they tell you this policy ahead of time (and weíve never once been late before). When we finally saw the Dr later that day I told the Dr that her staff was rude and the Dr didnít want to get involved. While waiting, other patients gave remarks like: this place is always like that and always late. Avoid!

Terrible service, high prices, no return calls

I had been using John's for 5+ years for maintenance...then they raised prices without adding any features. Then they charged me a huge fee for a minor repair that I later found out was twice what it should have cost. I also tried to get them to come out to install a new unit and they wouldn't return a phone call (too busy they said) and when I finally tracked them down they want triple what everyone else does...and I was a customer for 5+ years. I would stay away from these crooks.
