Not great
I also am a young female that prefers a female gyno. I never have problems, so I only go for yearly physical exams. Dr. Giles just doesn't have the bedside manners I had hoped for in such a personal doctor. She seems too rushed, she can be harsh, and I never felt like I really could relate to her. I have since switched to Dr. Alice Shin and she is fantastic.

Really liked her
I am a young female that prefers a female gynecologist. After going to another doctor for a few years that I did not particularly care for, I tried Dr. Shin for my most recent annual. She is so friendly and she took time to meet me before I undressed for the exam to see if I had any questions. She listened as I told her about my medical history and current medications with full attention. I had a really great experience.

Fantastic
After having incredible difficulties with Sears, I tried Discount. They not only paid to fix problems that arose in their shop due to the awful work by Sears, they took on the road hazard policy that I had bought through Sears at no cost. I have a nack for picking up nails in my tires and they always fix or replace it for free. They aren't any cheaper than Sears in my experience, but they do SUCH a better job and have fantastic customer service. I am always waited on quickly and they actually listen! They have my business for life!

Complete Ripoff
Needing to pass emissions, they took me for $1400 for a new catalytic converter when I didn't even need one. The check engine light still came back on, and all they said was, 'Sorry, we don't know what to tell you.' Turned out it was just be a glitch in my computer that would have only cost $200 to fix.

Unfriendly
I called this jeweler to get a price for an appraisal. The woman who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful. She did answer my questions, but in a very condescending way. Also, they were higher priced than other jewelers I called.

Superb Windshield Repair

Came back after hours for me
I have had to replace my windshield twice in the past two years due to stone chips in the windshield spreading quickly, so yesterday when a rock hit my windshield on the way home from work, I wanted to get it fixed before it could spread. Le-Bron came back into the shop after hours to repair the chip and I was out within an hour.

Alta Green Apt

So Annoying
First of all, these apartments have already changed names at least twice since they were "Alta Green". And with each change of name, there was also change of management, which meant a change in the way (and when) everything was billed and when you received notice of what was happening around the complex. They are always last minute in notifying you about what you owe or if they are doing something like repaving the parking lots. They are pretty good about sending someone out if you need a repair, but half the time they don't actually fix anything when they come, they just leave a note that it couldn't be/ didn't need to be fixed. The gates are ALWAYS messed up. I can't compare these with how other apartment complexes operate, but I do know that we are so glad to be gone!
