When my heater failed on a record cold night I was pleased in the early Morning when I got a live person to take my call. Jeff called me back and came to my house on time. He quickly found the problem, showed me the failed part and had it fixed all within 10 minutes. His price was fair and he did not try to sell me anything extra. I like his view on how to treat customers, honest and fair, to build long-term clients. I am programming their number in my cellphone like I do with all my other trusted professionals.

This was the second time I used this company to move and both times the service was top notch. Ken, Tyrus and Mike were professional and polite. I've had moving crews try to intimidate me in the past being a single woman. The management of U-Moving assured me they would always be a phone call away and would not tolerate that from their crews. They have not disappointed and I have never needed to call.
