Fall Special

Tried Cool Max for their fall special before an agreement. Paul did an excellant job. I have since signed up for the Maintenance Agreement.

Wall and Flagstone

I had a wall of stone and a large area off my screen porch flagstoned. A little expensive but you get what you pay for. The end results was a great accent to my yard and home. The crew was outstanding in their work and cleaned up each day. I am very satisfied and have recieved compliments on the patio area.

The sales department has something alot of businesses do not - integrity and honesty. They believe in customer satisfaction. The service department is the best I have ever seen in the 46 years I have owned a vehicle. I bought my fifth vehicle from them.

Lack response

Talked with a person one day and received a quote on 4 tires. Called back several days later (Thurs) and spoke with Joey. He said he only had two tires but would call me back as soon as he called someone, that would be 8am. After not hearing from him at 1pm I called back and he put me on hold so he could check. He said he could have them Friday, I wanted to verify the price but he told me the person I spoke with would call me Friday when he came in to verify the price and appointment. At 2pm Friday I made other arrangements since I did not get a call. I felt my business was not important to them.
