I called them up for an initial assessment and estimate. The worker that came was very friendly and informative. He explained everything I needed to know without trying to sell me anything, which made me feel at ease. The pricing was fair without any pressure for unnecessary installs. Afterwards, I setup a time for them to come install the insulation. They came at the time frame they said they would and got to work. They were efficient and finished in a timely manner. I am very pleased with their level of service and reliability. Highly recommend!

I made a call to tell them what I wanted, and they gave me a price and time frame that they'd come. They informed me the day before when they'd be at the house. You don't need to be home, as they will do the job outside and then leave an invoice in the mail. Easy scheduling, no need to be home, and they do their job as requested. What more can I really ask for? Highly recommend!

I recently had my property surveyed by Boundary Zone, Inc. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I saw the many great reviews on Kudzu, so I gave them a call. The calls went well. It was informative and professional. They told me that they'd come the next day by 9am. The next day actually arrived around 8am and started working immediately. That worked out great for me. After the job was done the surveyor showed me the property lines and answered any questions I had. Overall, a great experience. If you want no hassle and an honest job, I highly recommend them. The pricing is standard rates. I am very glad that I chose them.

Professional and Reasonable Staff

I recently had some honey bees nesting at my house. I called the receptionist, and she explained to me the cost and details. Their price is much more reasonable compared to the other guys I have called around, who are almost double the price for the service I was asking. There were some minor issues with the technician coming, but it was taken care of with one phone call with the receptionist. The technician who came was professional and did his job very well. Overall, I highly recommend going with them. They performed what they were paid to do professionally. The staff is reasonable; not rude at all. I am very glad I chose them to get rid of the bees. It was a great value for quality service.

Better Buy Glass Elsewhere

My main problem was with their administrative department. They have the most unprofessional call people who are very slow and often clueless. I had to call them numerous times to get what I want. I had two instances where they said that the technician will come a certain day, but he never showed up. When I told them this, they tried to pin the blame on me saying that I had the dates confused. They didn’t even try to check if it was their fault or not. I’m being defensive because multiple people told me the same information on that day, yet they still claimed that I had the dates confused. Their technician's professional ability was questionable. He broke my glass the first time, but he came back to replace it and had it done properly. At least he was polite with the situation. However, I cannot say the same with their call center. I highly do not recommend asking for a service from them. They will tell you what day they plan to come but never a time frame, so they will keep you guessing. They also make you pay first, adding more stress onto the payer. Their mission statement on their website should read “We will perform the service you paid for at our convenience. Not yours.”
