Technicians are 45 minutes to an hour later than their 2-hour window every time. The last time this happened, I discussed the problem with a dispatcher, who told me the tech was 5 minutes away - he showed up almost an hour later. When I told the dispatcher we were unhappy with the customer service thus far in our relationship with Pest USA, she deflected my comments by saying the driver was new, he's coming out of Roswell, etc. I didn't need or want excuses; just an apology and a promise to do better.
My wife scheduled an appointment for today because she has the day off – but after the appointment was scheduled, someone called and left a message that the tech wasn’t in today and the appointment was rescheduled for Wednesday. No one will be home that day to let them in and we are tired of our relationship with a company that has no respect for our time or schedule.
We're cancelling our contract today.
