Mister Sparky, Inc posted on 9/23/2009
Third time around, I still like the service.
I’ve hired Mister Spark on several occasions and have always been pleased with the quality of their work and concern that everything else is in good order. I was impressed that they found a couple breakers in my panel that were not up to code and they replaced them free of charge. I’ve got a brand new home and yet it still didn’t measure up to Mister Sparky’s standard for quality work. Recently, I had my whole house outfitted with lightning arrestors and the technician had difficulty with making the connection to the phone line. After another failed attempt by another technician, they sent out the field supervisor, Gary Austin. He totally understood the problem and fixed it immediately. Next time, I’ll request him first :)

Hilltop Pools and Spas Inc posted on 9/23/2009
Successful project in Cobb County
I, too, live in Cobb County and had many issues to get over with the county. The county had us shut down for seven weeks – long story, but it was not Hilltop’s fault at all. To the contrary, Hilltop stayed in touch with me the whole time, not leaving me in the dark. When I first met Hilltop’s people at a recent homeshow, I was left with a great impression and I knew I’d want to contact them later for a quote for a pool. I interviewed three pool contractors from the homeshow and settled on Hilltop because of their long term family history in the business. Even though I’ve had many pools in my past, I’ve never had one built specifically for me. Hilltop was there to assure me every step of the way that everything was going as planned. Because of the size of my project, it took longer than normal but everything ended up EXACTLY as I envisioned it. Even with minor differences on a couple issues, Hilltop made sure that I was satisfied with EVERY concern, WITHOUT QUESTIONING ME or arguing. I would absolutely hire them again.

RainAway Deck Drain Systems, Inc. posted on 10/2/2007
They did exactly what they said they would...
I never realized how difficult it would be to get someone to come out to give me a quote on an “under-deck” system. Out of the seven companies that I called in the Atlanta area, 4 of them never even returned my call. In fact, one of those I had called three times and still never got them to return my call. Of the three companies that actually came out to give me a quote, one guy was so unprepared, that it actually made me ashamed to be in sales. The second person was quite jovial in her sales pitch. She had a nice product and she was in the running for the job – until her follow-up call. It’s amazing how so many sales people think that all customers are ignorant and uninformed. This lady made such a botched mess of her professionalism that she not only lost my job, but the neighbor’s as well. We were both in the market for an under-deck system. The third and last appointment was Jeff from RainAway. I was excited to meet him just from his phone call because he actually stated that “he would be delighted to compete for my business.” Jeff is a first class businessman. Everything he told me turned out to be true and accurate. He described exactly how the job would be built and that is exactly what his guys did when they arrived. It turns out that RainAway’s product is a higher gauge thickness than the competitors’ panels and the modifications that they designed are quite unique for air-flow. I was impressed. He delivered what he promised. I couldn’t be happier.
