Dependable, Honest, Safe

These guys are very good at what they do. I have a twenty year old furnace and AC that break constantly. I've called Neighbors several times and they respond promptly. They always fix the issue correctly the first time.

Call them!

I called the business and Eddy came in less than an hour. He was friendly yet professional. He opened my car in a matter of seconds. I had tried to open the door myself and it took me hours, plus I damaged the door a bit. He opened the passenger side door and, as I said, he did it in seconds. Call them and you won't damage your vehicle. The prices are very reasonable and they might even give you a discount. They gave me one.

I missed two of my bills, and this company turned off my gas almost immediately. They didn't call to let me know that they were turning it off. Additionally, they charged a $60 fee to turn it back on. On the positive side of things, customer service on the telephone was prompt (877-go-scana) and the technician that would turn it back on came out in three business days.

Impressed

This is the second time that I have found a service from Kudzu. The first time, I was not very impressed. This time, however, I was very pleased. I called GDS, and Jon came to fix my door. He was very professional, never came inside my house, and moved like greased lightning to fix my door. I am never happy to write a check, but the prices were extremely reasonable compared to other times I've called to have things repaired. The price was $127 for a new photocell and labor. Plus, he performed maintenance on the door (aligned it and greased it) for no charge. I've had other repair people do it, and it took hours. He did it in a matter of minutes, a real pro! I was so happy with his work.

Alex is wonderful

I really like Alex Auto. It's kind of an odd automotive repair because it's manned by several Russian people and it's in an odd location off of Buford Highway. Make sure you call ahead to get directions. The owner is a cute Russian guy with great business and people skills. Enough about the quirks of the business. This place fixes your car for the lowest price possible and they won't screw you. I am a female car owner who doesn't know very much about cars. I had an issue with my car and I was quoted $2,100 to fix it from another automotive place. I went to Alex's place and they fixed it for less than $1,000. I love Alex. He is great to deal with and does me a million favors all the time. I have been dealing with this place for several years and it has lasted me longer than several boyfriends!!

Love this place

I love this place because the guys are courteous, cheerful, and know what they are doing. I am a female who doesn't really know much about cars, but these guys have been consistently good about warning me about issues. I get my oil changed there, but they warned me when a hose was about to break and they fixed it. About three weeks ago, they warned me that I needed to rotate my tires. I declined because I wanted to have it done at Walmart, where I have an alignment/rotation warranty. Walmart couldn't do it because they had a long wait and too few technicians. Well, I went on a long trip and my tire wore out and I had to get a new tire on the way there. Stupid me, I should have gotten my tires rotated early. But these guys really watch out for me.
