Kids R Kids

Lack of Communication

Number one, I want a safe place for my child and I believe they deliver this; although there is no access code for entrance they do have someone controlling front door access. They have lots of room for improvement with communications to parents. They have done several room changes over the last year and we never find out until we show up. And unfortunately, they split kids out of classes so if your child makes a friend they are likely to be split at some point. I don't like these suprises but I have tried 3 other places and this is the bext I could find so far.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

They were $10k more expensive than competitors for my pool. My advice: - research what you can and talk to some of the local companies - define your pool design and all of the options that you want. - shop your design and requirements to 4+ different pool companies and let them all bid on the same design - you will get the best possible price - make your decision based upon price and company reputation. Will they be around in 2 years? - I went with Paddock. They ended up 2nd lowest price and they built a great pool.

Southwest Gas Corporation

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Unfortunately, when a company has no competition, they can reduce their efforts in customer service without impact to their business. SW Gas customer service is the worst. They forget about appointments and then mysteriously they have no record of your original call. And they won't try a little harder to make up for it by escalating service to make the same day. The next available appointment is... bla, bla, bla.. So I get two more days with cold showers.

Lennar Homes

MIS-REPRESENTED

Beware of Lennar Homes "Everything you want. Everything you need" sales pitch. They show you a model and tell you "what you see is what you get". What they do in between your purchase and the construction of your home is take short cust and make changes that reduce their cost of delivery. The result, you get most of what you thought you were getting but the quality is lower. They have contract language that protects them; allows them to make substitutions, etc...
