POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Unfortunately, when a company has no competition, they can reduce their efforts in customer service without impact to their business. SW Gas customer service is the worst. They forget about appointments and then mysteriously they have no record of your original call. And they won't try a little harder to make up for it by escalating service to make the same day. The next available appointment is... bla, bla, bla.. So I get two more days with cold showers.
