The best !

Dr. Patel is a wonderful primary MD, He is caring, and very active with your care! The office staff is very kind as well. I would highly recommend him!

I have used this clinic for some time now..

I have been bringing my Bulldogs to Dr. Rush for a while now and I'am very pleased. He is caring and like they say he gives your bulldog a kiss!! He is very kind and takes great care of your animals. He always calls back! He's the only one I will take my Bulldogs too! I thank him for everything he's done!

Dr. Patel is the best!

I'am a nurse who has had the opportunity to work with a lot of MDs over the years. I have been seeing Dr. K. Patel for several years, He's a very kind and caring Dr. He always listens to you and takes time during visits. He is very knowledgable and explains very clearly. Most of all he has a sense of humor, which keeps him similing!! The staff is very professional and pleasant!

not impressed

I brought my dog there to be spayed by the reccomendation of another. My one and only visit. NO CALL from them when my dog became sick, or after her surgery was over as they had promised. They seemed very uncaring when I came to get her sick to transport her to the over night emergency clinic. I called to speak to the office manager on two occasions..with no response. They do continue to call to remind me of all her shots and things to bring her back! I would not..I have found a much better place that cares..

great emergency clinic

I have unfortunatly had to take my dogs on several occasions for emergency visits. The staff is very pleasant and caring. The Vets have always done a good job and have showed concern when we have visited. It's good to know they are there 24/7 when you need them. The emergency fees are not cheap, but the care is worth it!

A great place to take your pet!!

I have had to take both of my dogs on several late night visits to the emergency clinic. They do a great job with what ever comes their way. Dr. Smith is very caring and is always patient and kind. The staff is very good and the clinic is very clean and cheerful. It is so comforting to know that they are there 24/7/365 days a year for those after hr emergencies!!

very caring staff

I had some bad experiences at another animal hospital. I was happy to find Dr. White. He and most of the staff are very caring. He takes the time to explain what is best. Stephanie is great she really loves what she's doing! I'm glad I've found a place I feel confident in !!I would pay any price for great care. They have very reasonable prices for their services. They could have a little more area for walking the dogs and parking...

several bad experiences

I had brought both my dogs and my cat there. I had a very bad first visit with my cat with Dr. Murray. Very rude and uncaring, did not listen when I was was speaking about issues. The vet tech Jeff was very kind and did answer my concerns. I decided to try again with my dog. I had several issues after surgery, but as always Jeff was the utmost professional and answered my questions. I then took my other dog and just about everything that could go wrong did. Dr. Dickler was not very caring and showed little reguard for the pain and suffering my dog went through. I would not bring any animal there again. I do think that the staff is overall is very good, but The two Dr's are not the most caring. Also after taking my animals to other clinics I found american heritage to have rates that were higher. I really would pay any price for good care but I saddly did not find this to be the place.
