Parking lot very tight
This is probably one of the more tighter parking lots for a grocery store on the north side. There are a lot of stores crammed into that shopping area.

Quick to help in my emergency
I had a water pipe bust in a ceiling above the bottom and upstairs floor. I called a little after 7AM on a Monday and they were at my house shortly after 8AM. They were very methodical in trying to determine where my issue was being very careful not to cut more holes in the ceiling than necessary. I watched their process and analysis of the triage very closely. Very sharp folks. The resolved the issue quickly and helped me discover that I had an issue with my pressure regulator. They will be out to fix that in the very near future. It's nice to know I have a great plumbing company when I need them.

Going somewhere else
Not satisfied. I moved on to another doctor years ago. I finally am having my other family members find another local doctor.

Many Firsts
I have never been called by an independent auto service provider. Sure the big dealerships do it only because of pressure from GM, Ford, etc. I got a voice mail at home and cell from Joe asking if all was well with the service they provided. That was a first.
I also was amazed when they replaced the starter in my daughter's Accord in about 3 hours. I was amazed it was done that quick. Another first.
And finally, these guys are really down to earth folks. They chatted with me for several minutes about nothing in particular. No sales push, no hurry up attitude. Glad to see them get such great write ups on this site.
Update - 10/29/08 I ended up going back in for another issue. They actually remembered my name when I walked in. How's that for great customer service.

0 Stars would be more appropriate
Customer service is just terrible. They sprayed my neigbors yard and I called to complain and tell them not to go beyond the 6 months that I had already paid. When I got a bill in the mail I called the number on the bill (not the Norcross office) and told them to once again stop service and I was going to pay the bill since they had done the service. It was actually only $15 since the rest came out of my initial 6 months. They came out about 4 hours later and sprayed my yard again. I then called the corporate office and they informed me I had to call the local office to cancel. No one had a record in their customer tracking system that I had cancelled after the wrong yard incident. They didn't even have a record of the wrong yard incident. I have not been able to get the manager to call me either. Stay away.

Don't pay attention to the building
Because if you do you will notice it is located in an old bank branch building, drive up window included. No thanks. Many of these Lasik places are franchised companies. I had Lasik done at Woodhams and very happy I used them. I might have paid a bit more but geez, it's your eyes.

What a great time. Clay Cunningham is a class act
After struggling to get into some stripers on Lake Lanier I decided to get a guide. The guide that I was pointed to by a coworker was busy on the day I wanted to go but he recommended Clay Cunningham. Clay has a great boat and all of his gear was top notch. He met us at a convenient location.
Clay had us on fish within the first hour. He was very informative with us answering all of our questions. It was more than fishing with a guide; it was a learning opportunity which was what I was looking for.
I have talked to a few other guides around Lanier and quite honestly some of them seem to just like to hear themselves talk. Clay was just the opposite; not a lot of lip service, just pure striper and Lake Lanier information that will help me be a better fisherman on the lake.
Clay also put in an extra effort with us and showed tenacity in making sure we took home our bag limit.
If you like your fishing guides older and grumpier than Clay is not your guy. He is a younger and ambitious guy who grew up on the lake, and has been guiding for several years now. He knows Lanier and the fish habits very well.
I will use him again in the future when I have family or friends visiting and I want to make sure I get them on fish. I know Clay can make it happen.
