Try at your own risk

Hired this company to do landscape design. The result was sub standard, my yard looks the worst in my neighborhood. They have no pride in their work obviously. Then follow up service was non-existant. Feel free to try these guys but try at your own risk!

Best Gourmet food in Gwinnett!!

I frequent this establishment and al lI can say is that if you can't tell good food then you are not going to appreciate their food. Their selection of salad, soup, bread, cuban sandwitch...etc is amazing. Previous reviewer mentioned the food been sitting out too long, well, the owner was on maternaty leave for a while but she is back now and let me tell you, they are BUSY during lunch time!! Lunch at Rising Roll, comes down to, you get what you pay for. Certain people will never get it but their food is GREAT if you are willing to pay that extra $1 per lunch!!

Disappointed

We went to this office based on the reviews here. However, this office is so busy that on our 3rd visit, we still have not seen our physician. We only got to see the nurses. We decided to switch after that. We were also surprised that the ultrasound tech didn't tell us the baby was in the bridged position. It was later fixed by the new physician that we are seeing now.

Some communication issues but overall good

We had some problem with this company with setting realistic expectations and making sure they communicated well with us. However, the owner called me and addressed those issues. That was a good gesture. He understands that a small business relies heavily on words of mouth. Overall, Sales person is very good. Quality of work is good. These guys care about their customers even when there are things that can be improved upon. I would recommend this company for your fence needs.

Seems good

Keeth was supposed to show up at a certain time but never showed up so I gave him a call after waiting for 30 min. He apoligised and wanted to reschdule. I will see if he shows up this time. I will update my review accordingly. ------------------ Keeth did show up the next day and gave me a decent quote. He was very sorry for the previous appointment and he was sincere. Will update if we decide to give him a try.

New customer

We have contacted Larry for lawn service, lawn fertilization, landscaping installation and irrigation installation on our new house. So far, he has been responsive and very tentative to our needs. We will have Larry help us with all of above except for the irrigation system, which is expensive. As Larry start to provide regular lawn service, I will update my review. So far, Larry is one of the best providers I have ever experienced!!

on the pricy side

their quote was on the pricy side hence we did not use them. YMMD. Sales person was nice and professional.

45 min late for their appointment

30 min before the appointment, I called them and they said they will be on time. However, 45 min after the schedule appointment, there was no show no call. They finally called about 50 min later and said they could not find the address. By that time, I have already left the house.

Good service and fair price

These guys come in at $420 less than Terminix for Termite stations. Much better customer service as oppose to sales driven service by Terminix. I will recommend Northwest for Termite over Terminix.

Expensive and very sales driven

I had the inspector came out and he quoted me $1300 for termite program. These guys must be working on a commission because he started out nice and as I consider if I will go with them, he became less and less patient and I didn't feel good about the attitude so did not go with them. Renewal was $400 a year.
