Horrible Service and Rude Staff

Service is slow and rude. We had a reservation for 7:30pm and when we weren't seated by 8:15pm, my husband requested the manager. After waiting for the manager for 10 minutes, we stopped a service worker to ask for the manager and were yelled at from a bartender to "not to speak to the service." How rude. When the manager finally arrived, he didn't say he was sorry he simply gave excuses. He tried to make it sound reasonable that he was seating a party of 8 with 8:30pm reservations before our party of 6 with 7:30pm reservations. Again, no apology just a "its Friday night and we are busy so just live with it." We won't be back.

Northpoint Location

Staff is not helpful and lines are always long at the checkout. You can find good deals here especially when using the coupons that come out in the Sunday paper, but don't expect anyone to help you in determining best product.

Work Clothes

Ann Taylor is a great place to get good quality clothes for work. They always have classic suit pieces that coordinate with items from previous years.

Great Food

The menu has a wide choice of entrees so everyone can find something they like. I have eaten here for lunch, dinner, and just drinks with the girls. The bar is terrific.

Great Staff

Every one on the staff is nice and answers all your questions. I am very pleased with the care that my dog received when we visit. We have been visiting North Roswell Veterinary Clinic for more than 5 years and always had a wonderful experience.

Great Haircuts at a great price

I have been going to Toni at Great Clips for several years. Recently I convinced my husband to go as well and he is hooked. We always get a great haircut at a great price.

Informative

Dr. Nakano is very intelligent and informative. The Prima Center regularly hosts seminars on different cosmetic surgeries which are informal and relaxed. Its a great way to get information if you are considering surgery. When scheduling a private consultation afterwards, the staff was helpful and Dr. Nakano really took the time to answer my questions.

New Look

In 2007, the Gap Northpoint store was remodeled and came back with a new look and feel. I really like the new look and feel. Its gone back to the basics where they were a few years ago rather than chasing trends. Still alive and fresh but more basic so it can be worn more than one season.

Not Helpful

I frequent the strip of stores at Northpoint that house Harolds, Ann Taylor, and Talbots. I always get great service at Harolds and Ann Taylor but horrible service at Talbots. The sales people are selective about who they work with and if you don't look the part they will ignore you. I still like the clothes which are good quality and value but I dislike the way I am ignored when shopping.
