being that they give you a discount to write a good review should be telling. After they have your business and install - you're pretty much on your own. With the cell service there is no way of telling if your system is working unless you set it off and hope they call. Not sure how long was out for and how long we paid for nothing. It's too bad they don't stand by the equipment they require you to use. Anyway - for A LOT less you can get a camera with motion detection - it emails you photos when tripped. And you can now get them with battery backup and 4G service. And anyway - by the time a monitoring service calls 911 - and they call APD - and show up over an hour later - your tv is already long gone.
