BEWARE. Picked up my computer and DISAPPEARED

I believe I was duped. Tech returned my call for help right away, and picked up my computer the same day. Now 3 weeks later, she doesn't return my telephone calls and she doesn't respond to email. The only conclusion I can come to is that she disappeared with my equipment and I've been "taken". BEWARE.

No show

I received prompt response to message I left with this company. Terrence called and scheduled 4pm appt the next day. Unfortunately, at 4pm he was a "no show". More unfortunately, he didn't call and has not responded to subsequent calls or email. I'm disappointed.

Dan Hurst of Griffin Appliance repaired my top loading washer. He diagnosed the problem, a broken coupling, and had it resolved within 30 minutes. While at my home, he also diagnosed a problem with my electric dryer and made note of the model number so if I choose to repair instead of replace it, he'll have the part(s) on hand. The charge for the washer repair was very reasonable. It was a pleasure doing business with Griffin Appliance Company.

I couldn't ask for more

I called Mister Sparky to install a lighting fixture in each of my 2 bathrooms. I spoke with a pleasant customer service representative who scheduled an appointment the next business day. Jon arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment. I showed him the fixtures I'd bought and where I needed them installed, he quoted me the fee from their "straight forward pricing" list. I signed the agreement and he got to work. Mister Sparky's price for this installation was $25 LESS than the last estimate I got for this job. The electrician, Jon, was thorough and knowledgeable and pleasant and professional. I couldn't be more pleased. I would call Mister Sparky again and recommend the company to others.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with TK Built. Tim Kassa is very professional and responsive. He returns calls timely, responds to email timely, arrives at appointments when scheduled, and was very flexible about accommodating this client’s schedule. So far he has completed the painting of my master bedroom, bathroom and closet. The job was scheduled quickly, completed beautifully and on time, all at a very reasonable price. The cleanup was so thorough that if not for the great paint job, I wouldn’t have known they were here. I couldn’t ask for more than that, and I’ll use TK Built again for another painting project in a few weeks. I’m delighted I found this company on Kudzu and won’t hesitate to recommend him to others. UPDATE: I'm back again. I believe we're approaching project #4 in July 2008. After the master bedroom project, TK Built did a wonderful job painting my laundry room, kitchen and dining room. Project #3 was exterior painting and porch rehab. Outstanding work, as always, on each project. Project #4 will be cabinets installation. Tim Kassa is professional. He shows up when scheduled. He's flexible about working within the client's schedule. He returns phone calls and email very promptly. He's knowledgeable and friendly and honorable. He does a great job at fair prices. I needed a leaky toilet repaired, a drywall hole patched and a room painted. I found Blessed Hands on Kudzu and sent an email request for an estimate. I received a same day email response, and was able to schedule the job right away. The work was completed quickly, neatly, to my satisfaction and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Anyone wishing to have a project completed by a courteous, conscientious, craftsman should consider Blessed Hands.
