CHANGING PRICING , Don't stick with the quote

Call Center quoted $28.00 SERVICE FEE Technician charged $35.00 in addition $15.00 fee to use a flashight and look in the key slot. I don't mind paying a service fee for the amount quoted but if it is a trip fee and then an additional fee to take a look at something state it UP FRONT.Contacted the call center and questioned the service fee was told that is the average fee but they do not know where the technician is coming from so they don't know, shouldn't this be stated when you call? the concern was an RV lock, can't rekey this just say so up front truly disaapointed in the quality of service or lack there of.

Such a Blessing

At a time when the need is least expected the staff here was all our family could have asked for . The made this transition for our family as lovely as it could be and worked with us to serve us within our limited budget. The aviary for the services helped to remind us that at a time like this our souls fly on. How fitting. THANK YOU to ALL at Hansen's. What a Blessing you were.

What a Blessing

I have an 13 yr old LARGE dog with severe hip problems. I contacted a different vet initially on an emergency basis. They wanted me to bring the dog in monthly for exams. Not an easy thing to do. I found Dr. Beth she visited my dog aqnd her care was great. my dogs was not nervous with her and she did a thorough exam of him. He will now be on meds for the balance of his days but and Dr Beth will remain with him. She is very friendly and caring, you know she loves animals in general. Thanks, Dr. Beth.

lost my truck

My son and his wife went to Courtesy for his first purchase of a new vehicle. Courtesy put him in a trailblazer @ 20% plus, interest, 10days later told him they could't get him financed, Bring back the trailblazer.So he went to CU got financing and found an Explorer @15%, returned the Trailblazer, Guess what his trade in truck is gone, they auctioned it out without the deal being completed, Sales figured they would put them in something else. Courtesy has the Trailblazer but still no truck 4 days later. No one knows where it is. Shame on Courtesy Chevrolet for taking advantage of a hard working family man.

Awesome

I have been searching for inforamtion for help on my elderly dog. The current vet He has been seeing doen't seem to be concerned for his comfort only the office visit. Kriasta was a great help , she provided me with a list of mobile vets so I could keep my dog comfortable, considering he is 90# with hip disease it is quite hard on him to be placed in a vehicle. What a great office, more concern for the animal than the $$$. THANKS!!!!

EXCEPTIONAL TEAM!

I have worked with many realtors Never before have I met a Team with such Integrity. Sharon and Kevin go out of there way to make your experience as painless as possible. I was the buyer but the seller was also represented by this team as well. That's a difficult position to be fair in. NOT for this team. Sharon and Kevin made this the most pleasant experience for all. Nothing was hidden or unexpected. I have had good realtors and some not very good which I requested action through the realtor's board for corrective action. This Team was Great! Have confidence in your realtor - Difficult- not with this team.
