Great service and low rates

Excellent customer service - Steve was very helpful and provided us with a lot of useful information. Also, he found us a cheap rate. (We met another couple on board from Atlanta that paid $260 more for our same exact package.) Highly recommended!

OUR WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

We put our stuff in APM's storage and six months later we bought a home and arranged for them to bring our stuff from storage, pack up our apartment and move all of it to our new home. First, the movers arrived three hours late. Then, they claimed APM didn't tell them the plan -- they thought they were just moving the storage stuff to our apartment and got angry. Then, they asked me to sign a form stating that I still owed APM $500 for storage, but it was paid in full so I wouldn't sign it. They said it was already "late in the day" and they couldn't move me until I signed it. I still said no, and one of the movers began screaming that he was canceling the move and keeping my stuff. Finally, the APM office corrected the mistake and the move proceeded, but the movers were still HATEFUL and extremely careless (on purpose, it seemed). At the end of the move we tipped out of fear -- we didn't want them coming back and causing trouble. Also, as part of APM's deal (and my expense) on pool table storage, they later sent out an “expert” to put my table back together but he didn't have a clue. So, I had to hire my own service and APM refused to reimburse me, saying the man they sent was a contractor and not their employee. (They sure don't mention "contractor" in their "pool table experts" advertising!)
