Great customer service

Used them on a few rare occasions and never had any problems. Always courteous and friendly. However I must say you could probably save yourself some money by buying directly from ULINE (www.uline.com) which is where they all get their shipping supplies. As far as shipping goes, they're good. But if you're just there for supplies, cut out the middle man and just head to Uline (in duluth) or go online and order. Both great companies, either way you can't go wrong.

Don't come to Auburn unless you're looking to get randomly stopped by auburn/carl/winder cops with nothing better to do than harass people about petty crap that doesn't add up to a hill of beans. And why, because they can, and they suffer from small town boredom. So they harass anyone with a custom car/truck.

Great customer service with a smile

I have always used Publix as my main grocery store. They have always done a descent job at keeping the store clean, stocked and organized. I recently went in to pick up something quick for a party I was already late for. I decided to grab a 16 piece assorted chicken. I guess I went at a busy time, for I was told it'd be 10-15 minutes till they could have it ready. Well I didn't have that long to wait, so I proceeded to leave somewhat flustered that I would have to stop elsewhere when i was already behind. And I kid you not, a different older gentlemen came running out in the parking lot, and said he could put something together for me. So I fallowed him back inside, and sure enough he did. I didn't have to wait after all. If that isn't customer service at it's best, I simply don't know what is. And for that I will continue to use Publix. So thank you!

Okay if you have time and money to waste...

If you're like me, you don't have much time and even less money, to be left to sit around all day for something as simple as an oil change and tire rotation. They do good work, just don't expect it to be either quick or cheap. And some of their staff are nothing short of rude. However it's not to be said with all the staff. Just a select few in the service center. If you feel you want to give them a shot, my only advice to you if you want to get out of their before the rapture (at a descent hour) get there early! And I don't mean 9am. I mean crack of dawn like 6-7am. Especially if you go on saturday!

My new electronics guys!

After having been to every known electronic/computer shop across town, I'm glad I waited to find Frys! This store is huge! It's like a wal-mart, except slammed pack with electronics wall to wall. And customer service rep's, everywhere. No need to try and hunt one down. I was in the market for a high end desktop computer. I did my research way in advance, so I knew what I was after. Best part is, these guys came up to me! Not like best buy or circuit city where you could stand around for hours before anyone even volunteers their help. I spoke to Le Hung And he spoke my language, I mean he knew the product inside and out. He even told me a thing or two I didn't find out on my own. These guys appear to have their act together. Grant it, it was my first time in a Frys. I was very impressed non the less, i mean I bought a $1700 desktop, and that's not even with a monitor. So yeah I was very pleased with how helpful he was and how knowledgable with product he was. Very pleased! And like I said, I think I found my new outlet. These guys set the standard! Now it's up to everyone else to build up to where these guys are. Grant it, they'll try to pressure you into service contract, but what store doesn't these days. Overall very pleased!

Always a great staff running the show. Great gas, prices are always reasonable, at whatever the going value is. Very friendly staff. My quiktrip of choice. =)

Customer service at it's best!

They do honest dependable work, and quick! Very friendly and reasonable. I think I found my new oil change rep. Maybe even brakes. Couldn't be more pleased! Last trip was my 4th.

Nice try atl mini trucker. Or should I say Godfather Customs. Word of advice, don't reply the very same day. It's obvious you're both one of the same. Which makes your attempt at trying to keep Godfather's reputation up rather pathetic. Fact is sir, John directly told me when I asked how long it'll take to arrive, no later than the end of next week. A month later I still didn't have it. And I'm fully aware that certain custom orders take longer to make and arrive. However this was not a custom order. It was a simple set of inch and quarter wheels adapters that I could have found 5 sets of, off ebay. And had probably the very same week or no later than next. Only reason I went through Godfathers was because you were fairly close by, and I wanted to give someone else my business for a change. You want to make things right, by all means. I'm listening: UPDATE: I gave them several chances to make things right. They chose not to. So I got my parts elsewhere. And I will not use Godfathers ever again. I've even went as far as to spread the word around through my mini truckin friends on the forum I moderate, and various automotive forums I post in. So You think you only lost one customer, when sadly, you've lost many many more. Hope you guys get your act together.

Great Christian store to buy from.

These guys are great, they have all the latest and great Christian books, bibles, music and dvd's etc. Very friendly!

Very customer oriented and great work!

I highly recommend these guys! I only took my cowl ind. hood in to get primered, and had em shave the squirters as well. I think more than anything, I was pleased not only with the quote, but just how friendly and personable they were. You get so use to being just a number to most mechanics and or bodyshops, but these guys are genuine. I plan to have them primer the rest of my truck, and eventually paint it. I just hope as they grow, they stay down to earth and reasonable price wise. =)
