Thorough, efficient, and very reasonable
I can't think of any other appliance repair people that did as good a job as Victor, and that includes in my restaurants.
Victor is professional, thorough, prompt, and able to fix just about anything inside or outside a house. He is a pleasure to work with, and his prices are better than most other contractors we've used. Two thumbs up! We would ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend him to anyone. Check out his reviews on Yelp as well if you don't believe me.
Fair price, excellent work
took my Raymond Weil Parsifal to John. The date had stopped working, and shortly after that it stopped keeping time. Everyone else in town quoted me $250 or more, and said it would take a minimum of 3 weeks. John had the job done for signifcantly less, and got the watch back to me in 9 days. he also cleaned it so well that it looks better than it did when it was new. Excellent job. I would highly recommend him.
Our relationship w/ Classic started on rocky footing due to some unfortunate miscommunication involving an employee who left the company. However, I find the measure of a company is as much how they handle problems, as well as the quality of work they do.
Duke oversaw our project, and made sure everything exceeded our expectations. He followed up thoroughly, and personally made sure that we were pleased with both the quality of work done, and the service. His personal attention made all the difference--we could really tell that he was sincere, and his concern was genuine. And the quality of the work is excellent (this was the third roofer we used for the same problem, but the first to actually fix it). The dry wall work, trim, and painting was of such high quality that friends didn't realize there had been previous damage.
We would absolutely and enthusiastically recommend both Duke, and Classic Roofing.
Tim from Knight came out to review our HVAC system after our crawlspace flooded. He spent a great deal of time reviewing information with us, and explaining in detail his recommendations. Very honest, and upright. Excellent service all around. They were also very competitively priced. I would thoroughly recommend them for HVAC replacement or repair.
Additionally, my sister used Knight to replace and service their system, and has had nothing but great things to say as well.
Avoid at all costs!!!
Waited from 1 to 5 pm for dr flood to show up. Called at 6:00, and was told I was the next job. Called at 8:00PM, and was told by the owner to "go f-k myself. We're not f-ing coming!"
I feel kind of lucky they didn't show. If the owner feels comfortable telling you to f-off to your face, imagine what kind of work he actually does. These are very shady people.
New owners, 2nd chance
I left my old review below, but essentially, the course has changed ownership again. The new owners are much more value-conscious, and significantly more friendly and customer service oriented.
Firstly, the course isn't maintained to the level of the prices that they are charging. More importantly, rarely have I experienced customer service so poor in any business. Pretty much everyone that works at this course is at best indifferent, and more often outright rude and arrogant. Attitude seems to be "we're the closest course to in-town Atlanta, so suck it up, and pay the price."
Course often isn't maintained. They will not tell you when the greens have been aerated. If after the first hole you realize the greens have been aerated, and attempt to get your money back, they will not refund you, or give you a credit.
Save your money, and play elsewhere. This place is all hype.
