Absolutely The Worst Customer Service
Greg and his company have provided the worst customer service after the sale. I had the inside pane of a window mysteriously break last January and the best Greg would do is tell me to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. The manufacturer wants me to remove the broken pane (with minimal instruction), measure the size and thickness of the glass, and order a new one for $73.
18 months ago, I had some work done to my house and needed more siding around my sun room, so I emailed Greg. He told me it would be 9 months before he could even come look at the project.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Greg and his crews were a pleasure to work with! No buyers' remorse from this transaction.
A few months ago, we purchased vinyl siding, windows, shutters, gutters and gutter protectors from Greg. We had at least three other estimates, and METRO Home Improvement earned the business because of the high quality product, warranty, and professionalism of the owner, Greg. The work was completed quickly and the clean-up was thorough. The crews were experienced and courteous--no "day laborers" here!
Even months later, everyone in the neighborhood keeps commenting on how good the house looks, and we are noticing a savings on our utility bills.
If I had it to do over again, I would only make one call--to Greg at METRO Home Improvement. He is a true gentleman.
We also got our roof from Greg!
