Remember when Customer Service meant GOOD service? Superior Contracting certainly does!
We purchased an older home. When we moved in, we noticed a hole from under the chimney into the garage/basement. The previous owner contracted with Superior to install new siding on the chimney 5 months prior to the sale.
I called Superior to discuss the original contracted work and see if they could repair the hole. The basement wall under the chimney was NOT part of the original contract. However, Pete felt their company should have noticed the issue and brought it to the owner's attention. Since they had missed problem, Pete said Superior would fix it for **FREE**!!! Not only did they fix it for free, but their employees did a fantastic job! They matched the ‘patch’ to the existing chimney, and now there is a seamless transition from the chimney to the foundation.
