Not a pleasant experience for me
I selected Fresche based on the services listed (ethnic hair & voted best hair color) & the mostly great reviews. However, my experience was more aligned with the less than stellar reviews. I called on 4/3, spoke to Phillipa, who recommended Joi, as the best colorist to correct my hair color faux pas. She estimated $200 & scheduled me for 4/11; later than I wanted but that ensured I would get enough time. When I arrived & introduced myself Joi made a stealth phone call behind a curtain & returned to announce my appt was not on her schedule. Joi then became engaged with her other appts & an incoming call. As I was obviously dismissed, I left the salon to try to salvage my own morning appts. I later called to speak to Phillipa about the miscommunication, instead I got a call from Amy who apologized on behalf of Phillipa & Joi. I said it would have been more appropriate for Joi to call since it was she who so rudely assumed I had made the mistake & was a bit curt when I showed up for my appt. To her credit Joi did leave me a message apologizing for the mix up. She said she understood if I chose not to return to her salon & wished me good luck with my hair. That was an odd thing to say. I expected ‘I hope you will give us another try!’ Sounds ominously like I was not welcome at Fresche.

Your EYES will be in great HANDS!
I have been a patient of Dr. Silverman's for over 10 years. He is, of ALL the doctors I have been a patient, the most professional, thorough and consistent. His staff is the same and a pleasure to work with. My whole family goes to Dr. Silverman. He did the surgery for both of my mom's cataracts without a hitch. We are all very pleased with the service we receive from Dr. Silverman and his staff. Definitely 'Best in Town!'
