Price Gouged

We called Parker and Son after having a pleasant experience a year ago. We needed 20 gal water heater replaced in the carport. Heater is fully exposed and easy to get to. Needed to disconnect and reconnect two water connections and a/c power. After looking at the job, price quote was $1139.00. We were told the smaller heaters are harder to find and more expensive. I refused the service and went to Home Depot and pulled a new heater off of the shelf, cost $210.00. GE heater with a 6 year warranty. Hired an independent plumber to install took him less than 2 hours. Whole job under $400 complete.

This company was very easy to use. I set up appointment via email. They responded next day. Taylor was extremely professional and gave me a complete set by step explanation of everything he did. He also gave me a complete diagnosis of the system and a handout of things to look out for. I will defiantly use this company again
