Buying a car at United BMW was a pleasurable experience. Everyone was so nice to me, and I never felt any pressure whatsoever. It's the best dealership I have ever dealt with in my 42 years of buying cars.

I could not believe all the mistakes made in completing my order and that of my sister's. Their billing department is a joke!!

Poor Service

The right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing! You get a different answer from each person. Appliance delivery does what is convenient for them, not for you. I will never shop there again.
