Most Caring!
It has been almost a year to complete my landscape, and I'll tell you why:
First, Ms. Murphy and company did an excellent job of producing exquisite plans for the front & back yads, as we prepare to sell our home of over 30 years.
In the middle of it all, my wife of 40 years had a stroke, and things took a turn for the worst and looked grim. Ms. Murphy called me persoanlly to express her concerns for my wife's health and mine, as I was under terrible stress. She immediately haulted all work, emailed all contractors, and waited until things clamed down and came back to normal at my home.
Ms. Murphy is the most caring compnay owner I have ever seen, as she sent a lovely bouquet and a card and never once mentioned money, as we had yet to pay final payment.
I just wanted to let everyone know and thank Ms. Murphy and her crew!
Bless you.

I'm not a Vegan BUT....
Sure it's all vegan but there is something here for everyone. The salad bar is the best in town, not just prepackaged lettuce and baby spinach but kale and chard and real healthy stuff. the soup is always worth trying and the hot case deli food is borderline decadent. AND it's affordable.

Dulce de Leche!
Pachita's Bakery is the BEST. You can get a quarter sheet cake for 19.99. The cake quality is really good as well.
Everything is fresh and made daily, to order if you ask.
The Dulce de Leche is awesome, donuts, cookies and sweet pastries A + And, cheapest prices I have seen too!!
Get there early for the best selection, this place opens EARLY!

Ahhhh-dooo-baaaaah-da!
The adobadas, oh yeah! Love that crunchy candy pork and goopy green-mayo sauce. Best real tacos north of Baja!

Huge, Cheap Tortas!
Living in the Gaslamp, I am used to, for the most part, paying too much for food that is only mediocre. So when I want excellent Mexican food that is cheap, I leave the confines of the Gaslamp, head east, and stop by Los Reyes. My favorite item on their menu: tortas.

Calling All Shoplifters
A bit better on the customer service, but every time I go in there, they treat you like a thief: you gotta check in your purse, or any bag you are carrying. So, go empty handed. If you are African-American, raise your hands and empty your pockets and turn them right side out.

Swordfish Tacos
The inside looks like a little market/fishery, so in addition to buying fresh seafood to take home, you also have the option of sitting down and ordering food to eat. Their swordfish tacos are really good.

Sunday Brunch
Un freakin believable!!!
Let me start off by saying our bill was only $30. 2 coffees + 2 entrees will pretty much leave you paying between $25 - $35 anywhere decent downtown, and this place is head & shoulders above all. So, very good value.
