Replying to my old review
I am back looking for a plumber to fix something that Ridgeway charged me twice for last year in December. I couldn't help but notice that Mr. Ridgeway replied to my old review by stating "Not the real story." My story is absolutely the real story. I also find it extremely cowardly that he replied here, but didn't bother to call or email me to ask what had happened. Judging from their other good reviews, I guess I just had bad luck. That's great, but calling your customers liars on the internet without even consulting them about the incident is bad business, anyway you play it.
