AMAZING!!

I don't know how else to describe my first experience at Dental TLC other than amazing. Sounds strange for a dental appointment, but I was so impressed with the service, uber friendliness, and professionalism. From beginning to end.

worst massage ever

For $320 you would think that the massage would be top notch. Bad massage, bad atmosphere, bad facilities, rude staff, I am pretty sure they used vegetable oil for the massage.

Never ever take your dog here!!!!!

I took my dog here for the first time because it was the only place that had any space. They have something called "after hours" where you can pick your dog up after hours for what I was told was an extra $7 on top of the regular nights stay of $28, which made sense...all they are doing is taking the dog to a different kennel before they leave for the night so you can get in the back door with a special code and pick your dog up after they close. Fine. The first time I picked him up, they had him for 4 days. He had lost 4.5 pounds!In 4 days! I had brought his food in, including expensive medication, were they not feeding him? Who knows, but that has never happened in all the times he has been boarded and I travel about 2 times a month. So I chalk it up to him having a bad week and take him back last weekend for ONE night. Dropped him off on a Saturday morning 10:00am and asked for after hours so I could pick him up the next morning. I did so at 9:00. less than 24 hours. They had left a receipt where I had been charged $63! $28 for one night and an extra $35 for " after hours". I call and Lisa agrees that I was wrongly charged and will have the manager call me. Lisa calls me back later and says "no that is right". Tries to tell me that the 28 was for the one night and the 35 is for after hours..that is not what I was told or what I was charged before. Can you imagine $63 for a 23 HOUR stay. Oh yeah, they kept the toys I brought with him. Still not returned to me.
