Worth the wait!
Wahoo has been one of my favorite places to go to in down town Decatur. The food is so worth the wait. I had the artic char and my wife had the tuna. Parking may be a little hard to find. A romantic atmosphere and pleasant dining experience. Price and quality of the food are well matched. We will be back!

Great place to go hangout.
I had the fish and chips and my wife had the reuben. The service was a little slow. Have some drinks kick back and relax. We will come back, but don’t be in a hurry.

First time loved it!
My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience here. She had the Risotto Con Cappesante ($19.95) which consisted of scallops on top of risotto with a rich white cream sauce. It was fantastic! The scallops were large and filling and the dish had a wonderful presentation. I had the Bife Acebollado, ($25) which was a ribeye steak with rich tomato sauce served with seasoned mashed potatoes. This steak was cooked perfectly, and the taste was amazing. Definitely try their homemade tiramisu ($5.95), so rich and creamy, great for anyone who enjoys espresso/coffee. We split a small Caesar salad ($4.95) which was pretty good. My wife ordered a Mai-Tini ($8) and loved it. I had a glass of red wine (Sycamore Lane Merlot $7.50) to pair with my steak. The only problem we had was locating parking since the lot in front of the restaurant is pretty small. There is a large parking lot further down the side street on which the restaurant is located that is open evenings and weekends. We called ahead for 9:00pm dining; we did not need reservations, but I think normally you may need them. We definitely will be going back.

Go with the Mushroom sauce
This is a great little place that is well priced and is not too expensive. I recommend the mushroom sauce with what ever pasta you want. It is kind of hit or miss. Some dishes are not so good; you have to really find what you like. We may go back again.

Best pizza in town!
The best pizza in Avondale Estates! I always get the avalanche pizza. Definitely try their pretzels with cheese, you can’t go wrong. They have great service and great prices, a must if you are in the area.

Give it a try.
1: My wife scraped the bottom of her brand new car coming into the parking lot (watch out for the uneven pavement).
2: The food its self was not worth the price, Wahoo Grill and café Lily are much better quality and taste.
3: The drinks were excellent and the atmosphere was cool. The desert was awesome. Other than that that’s about it. Did like the interesting art work.
4: I recommend at least try it, hopeful you will have a better dinning experience.
don’t order anything with white asparagus (hard and under cooked). Do try the scallops!

No Contract $18 Month Free hook up! Awesome!
When my wife and I were looking for a home security monitor we called about 35 different places in the phone book. After comparing them all we were looking for the best price with no contract and a place that had their own monitoring station. This place has it all. We had an existing alarm system in our house that we owned. ACS came out after hours at about 7:30 on a Wednesday night and came and hooked it up in about 1 hour (worked around our busy work schedules). No hook up charge either! We are big Clark Howard fans and this company meets Clark’s approval (No Contract, reasonable price, Local UL Monitoring) ! We’ve had them for about 6 months now and they are still awesome no complaints. They respond quickly when we accidentally opened our back door when the alarm was armed. We check their references as well they had nothing but happy customers and even monitor places like all of the Goodies Clothing stores. You’re crazy to get locked into a contract paying twenty five plus dollars a month for places like Brinks or ADT. ACS also has a good record with the Better Business Bureau. Look at other company’s BBB.org profile and make sure you know!
