Gwinnett Family Dental Care

Mediocre to say the least

The best part of this place is a gentleman that cleans teeth here. He is very enjoyable and entertaining. Otherwise this place is a fat cat just trying to make money off of you. Theres 3 people behind the desk when you come in another 3 people to put together a big fat bill for all the stuff you might want to get done. So all that ads up to make your final bill. And I can and cannot understand why there is a cancellation fee of $25. People get sick. Plus you have to give a 48 hour notice. Thats a little extreme.

PRO Tech Lock and Safe Service

Save my day, and they can save yours too

Basicly my key broke in half inside the lock. I was at work so we had some tools to use to get it out. Took my 2 broken pieces to Ace Hardware to see if they could fix it but they didn't even want to touch it. What a bunch of wussies. But they did refer me to Pro Tech. They were very nice and copied my key in a timely manner. Now I can drive home 40 miles today and only be short $6.00 from my pocket.

Texas Farm Bureau Insurance

Was happy to find them but now I am just a number

I was happy to find the farm bureau of gwinnett about 7 years back but this entire year this year has been nothing but problems. They take days to respond to emails, impossible to get your agent on the phone to talk to them even after you left a message it could be a few days. It wasn't with only one agent, because halfway through the year I switched to another agent. Same problems. Now they are cancelling one of my policies, not all, based off of something that I showed proof of incorrect credit reporting. Also how many people have a referred over there, who knows. Thanks for the love.

Capital Grille

Special place for special occassion!

I made reservations online notifying them of an anniversary dinner for 2. They really went out of their way for us. It was the most amazing night, with the best steak and food that I have ever tasted. The service was amazing, they really went out of their way to make it a special night for me and my wife. This restaurant is definitely upscale on the price scale but they definitely make you feel like a million dollars when you are there. Just make sure you let them know in advance if you have a special occasion.

No time for a new patient

My wife isn't feeling well. I have tried and called 2 days in a row and they can't make any time to fit my wife into there schedule. They explained that there is a doctor out sick and shorthanded but my wife is sick too, she needs help too. I went through the trouble of changing our pcp through bcbs to these guys based on their reviews. I never had trouble scheduling an appointment at my previous place. They would always squeeze us in. People don't plan on getting sick, it does happen you know. It's not something you can plan days in advance. Who knows maybe tomorrow she will be fine by the time they can see her. Guess I will try and call bcbs and have it changed again and find a doctor that can see my wife today.

Haven Ob/Gyn

Dr. Moore for President

I am not a patient but my wife is and I thought we were getting special treatment from him but it looks like everyone that has reviewed him, has received exceptional service from the Doc. Swear it was a stroke of luck that we found him after going to Marietta OBGYN and having to deal with different doctors and they kept rescheduling our follow up visit after our DNC, made it uncomfortable everytime. But with Moore he sat us down the first visit, listened to us, and delivered our first son. His only flaw is he can't predict delivery time. He was off by 2 hours! :) Sorry, Dr. Moore.
