The Best Nutrition Advice Yet!
I have been struggling with keeping a healthy diet for years. I work so much, that sometimes I'm too tired to cook or even eat! Blair Giles has helped me with my eating habits. She removed the junk out of my cabinets, and put wholesome foods like veggies, yogurts, fruits, and grains back into my diet. The best part of all, she actually cares, unlike others that I have been to. I thought she was going to make me cut out meats like pork and chicken, but she designed a plan that's quick and easy to cook, nutritious, and with food that I like to eat. I have much more energy and am less tired during the day. She certainly knows her stuff and is also very friendly! Thanks for getting me on track Blair!
