Bizarre experience - poor customer service.
I booked an appointment based on a letter that Claiborne's sent via Welcome Wagon offering a free cut and color. Well, when I showed up for my appointment, which happened to be a day it was lightly snowing BUT NOT STICKING, I was informed first that the nail appt was canceled because the tech left due to the weather, but the hair could go forward. Well 5 minutes later, the hairstylist told me I'd have to rebook because 'if I do your hair I won't get home till five'. And that's my problem WHY? Also, the salon is in an old restaurant building, complete with drive thru, in addition to being cheap looking and outdated. I would not have returned even if they had kept my appt because of the shabby decor/atmosphere, but the way I was treated was ridiculous.
