Not Happy with No Refund Policy!

I just wanted to make everyone aware that Wast Management does not refund money when you cancel. We are moving to a new house so I called and cancelled my service and asked if I owed. I was told no, you are paid through the end of July, but we do not refund any of your money. What?? My last day of pick up is in June so I should be refunded for all of July because you will not be providing a service. Sorry, no, our policy is no refunds. I guess now they get to double bill. The new people will have to turn on the service for July, that I have paid for, and they will also get charged for the same month. Sounds a little shady to me!!! That is at least $25 I could use to feed my family. I will not use them again.

Good Job~ Long Wait

I can't speak for the price. It seems high, but they always seem to do a good job. The service tech that was at our house was efficient and courteous. My one big complaint is the wait time. I do not like being told I have to wait between 12-6. That is a half day of my time. The worst part is I waited here until almost 4 before I got a call that said it would be closer to 6 and another call that it would be after 6. They need to change that policy. A six hour wait period is too long.

Excellent Flooring Store

Buying carpet here was easy, kid friendly, and no pressure! Paul and Wendy made buying carpet easy for us. They helped us pick out the carpet that was the best for our situation and had very competitve pricing. We got the one on one attention that we needed since we did not know a lot about carpet. The guys that installed the carpet were nice and professional.

Nice Service

Our air condition was no longer blowing cold air. I called this morning and they had a tech out by this afternoon. Paul was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about. He explained our options and took his time. I was really impressed with the customer service! Thank you!

Good plumbing service

What a positive experience we had with this company. The plumber that came out was professional and stuck to the price he quoted us even though the job was a bit more challenging than he first thought. We would use them again!

Great work!

We just had all of our siding replaced and Exovations did a great job. We had a few minor issues that the project manager took care of right away without a problem. I thought they were very professional and the crew was friendly. I would recommend them for siding replacement

Not my style

Although our sales person was nice I did not really like the sales tactics. I don't like being told I will only get this special price if I agree to buy right now, nor was the information correct he gave about his competitors. The windows do seem nice, but I will opt for a more straight forward line of sale.
